1. Acceptance of these terms
Your access to and use of truthleaves.com (the "Website") is subject to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms you must stop using the Website.
2. Purchases
All purchases on the Website are one-time purchases. Your payment method is charged the full amount at the time of purchase. We do not enroll customers in recurring shipments or charges. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; by placing an order you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping. Most orders ship within one business day and arrive within 2–4 business days for US customers. International orders may take 2–4 weeks. See our Shipping & returns policy.
3. Money-back guarantee and refunds
If within 60 days of your most recent order you are dissatisfied with a Truth Leaves product, contact our customer service team at (302) 455-7162, [email protected] or via the contact form to request a refund. Refunds are limited to the most recent purchase, equal the purchase price of that order, and exclude shipping and handling. Remaining product must be returned to the address we provide; refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. 4. Product disclaimer
Important medical disclaimer. The statements regarding Truth Leaves products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on this Website, in emails, or in any marketing materials is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for informed medical advice or care. You may access the content solely for personal, non-commercial use. "Truth Leaves", "Cardio Glow Tea" and associated logos and packaging are trademarks of Truth Leaves LLC; unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Truth Leaves LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the purchase and use of our products. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If you have a dispute with Truth Leaves LLC, you agree to first contact our customer service team at (302) 455-7162 or [email protected] to attempt to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, taking place in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You agree that any proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Truth Leaves LLC individually and waive any right to pursue disputes on a class-wide basis.
12. Email communications
By providing your email address you agree to receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service responses). You may opt in to promotional emails and opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
13. Age restriction
Our products are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18.
14. Force majeure
Truth Leaves LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & returns policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truth Leaves LLC concerning your use of the Website and purchase of our products.
